VIKTORIJA MACDONALD

CO-FOUNDER

Viktorija is a Lithuanian national, residing in Scotland, and the first female independent bottler who started her business from scratch. In 2013 she founded a company, which started as an export agency helping independent family owned Scottish distilleries to tap Into a variety of markets from Panama, Japan, to Singapore, Ukraine, Belarus and Baltic States, and whisky broker helping to develop independent whisky labels to both off-trade (retail) and HORECA (on-trade) clients. Viktorija is a strong believer in the bottom-up approach and when deciding to venture into the world of whisky, she worked on-trade in Oran Mor whisky bar in Glasgow, then she moved onto working in retail at the Good Spirits Co specialising in whisky and this way built industry knowledge, and built contacts. As of 2019, she is the co-owner of the Dràm Mor independent whisky bottling brand.

KENNY MACDONALD

CO-FOUNDER

Having whisky at heart stemming from his Grandfather Alex Macdonald who for many years served as head foreman in Hiram Walker’s Dumbarton Distillery, Kenny has spent the last decade representing some of Scotland’s most iconic independent distillers at whisky festivals throughout Europe and beyond.

Today Kenny brings a massive wealth of experience to his own brand putting the name of Dràm Mòr to the forefront of whisky enthusiast’s minds with the perfect blend of education and entertainment as he weaves an incredible knack for storytelling with an undying passion for our national drink.

KHI LEONARD

SALES MANAGER

Khi is a 15 year veteran of the hospitality and off-trade business, who worked in the US, Cayman Islands, London, Brighton and Glasgow. He has entered, and won, many cocktail competitions, both in the Cayman Islands and UK. In 2009, Khi won GOLD in Diageo Reserve Brands Bartender’s Competition in Classic Cocktails Challenge. He left the bar world to work at The Good Spirits Company, a boutique whisky store in Glasgow, where his passion for whiskies of all kinds, his love of rum and his finely tuned palate found his spiritual home. 

After developing recipes for some 5% ABV beverages that are still to see the daylight in the world after COVID, and having helped us with selection of our first casks, we have asked him to come on board as our New Zealand and Australia sales manager.

Jurgita Antanaviciene

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Jurgita joins our team on a part-time basis to help out with the daily running of our company in Scotland while studying Integrative Healthcare in the University of Highlands and Islands. Having worked as an Assistant Manager in Lithuania’s largest retail store chain JSC Maxima, complemented with managerial experience working for JSC Skonis & Kvapas importing tobacco goods to Lithuania she brings a wealth of experience. Jurgita is also a long-standing member of the Mòr Whisky Club that we run in Òran Mór and an avid distillery goer, trying to learn as much as she can about Scotland’s amber liquid. Her creativity, great customer service and organisational skills, complemented with a good sense of humour is a great contribution to the success of any business.
