Nose:

A dark fruitcakes soaked oakiness mingles with gentle peat smoke and a spray of sea salt.

Palate:

Sweet and creamy with an array of stewed red fruit, roasted walnut, orange peel, mixing with a surprising amount of phenolic smoke.

Finish:

Warming fruitiness, some burnt sugar and caramel meets the smoke of a campfire.
