Nose:

A delicate nose with sweet canned pineapple and hidden smoke which promises more to come.

Palate:

Tropical fruits play with old fashioned pineapple cubes and heavily grilled apple. Some fudge, and honey.

Finish:

This goes on and on and on. Mouthwatering charred pineapple and tropic fruits rub shoulders with chilli flakes and ginger. A warm tropical depth charge!
