Autumnal Yellow Straw
Old school wood polish, rich with oak and beeswax. It is light, spiritous and delicate evoking the smell of a distant pear crumble with vanilla custard, it ambles gracefully into simple, wonderful sweet oak and a touch of citrus zest.
It is soft and oaky, the age is almost a flavour in and of itself making itself well known, this is the flavour equivalent of a Victorian library. There is a rich, delicate hint of sandalwood, leather bound books and pipe tobacco. It is the perfect autumnal evening dram, thought provoking and warm.
Astringent, mouth filling spice, gentle bitterness and a delicate sweetness like agave nectar. Simple, elegant and satisfying.
