Sun Ripened Wheat Fields

Nose:

Very spiritous with a hint of lemongrass easing out into indefinable spice that might be cardamom but could also be white pepper with just a hint of coffee.

Palate:

Vanilla, ripe yellow pear and chilli flakes with gentian root and butter. Wonderfully bitter, but also rather effervescent.

Finish:

Soft buttery popcorn with sherbert, honestly. For sweeter and warmer just add 2 teardrops of water.
