Nose:

A classic Ben Nevis with nut toffee and a wave of Sherry running throughout. Some juicy yellow sultanas.

Palate:

Nutty and buttery, walnut notes, salt caramel with chilli chocolate. Ripe yellow fruit.

Finish:

A chilli tang mixes with saltiness which battles with the sweetness of stewed fruits. Drying towards the end.
