Sweet nut brittle and gentle vanilla mix with stewed pear and hints of green tea and ginger.

Palate:

An oaky sweetness fades into a darker undercurrent brining a splash of muscovado sugar, stewed red pear, and sultanas.

Finish:

Fresh mixed spice fades to a warm tropical woody note.
