A secret Jamaica distillery
Smooth and not as funky as many high ester Jamaican rums. It starts with molasses and dusty white pepper then moves through old bourbon casks into pear drops, banana notes that are still yellow and not the classic overripe style so famed from Jamaican distilleries.
A fantastic example proving that Jamaica can deliver class and finesse as well as heavy jungle funk. Soft and buttery, sweet and cool with a superb flavour that can only be described as “rum”.
Elegant candy floss sweeties mingles with roasted banana and ginger bread spice.
Bold at the start with cola nuts, hot pepper that is quickly replaced with really tangy, mouth watering fruit. Long, lingering and playfully delicious.
