Nose:

Funk, room filling overpowering funk, with molasses and ginger, declaring to the world that perhaps Jamaica does not do it best.

Palate:

Complex agricole notes reminiscent of a great Clarin. Sweet to start, but becoming dry and gingery towards the end.

Finish:

Dry, ginger, overripe bananas, hot spices, cool syrup and a funk to finish that is somehow both familiar and unrecognisable.
