Dràm Mòr Group Ltd., a single cask whisky bottler, originates from the once highly influential town of Dumbarton, which rests in the shadow of its iconic Rock, Dumbarton’s medieval Castle, an ancient capital of the Kindgdom of Strathclyde, and which boasts such whisky legacy as Ballantine’s and is home to Pernod Ricard’s Chivas.

Viktorija Macdonald
Co-Founder
Viktorija is a Lithuanian national, residing in Scotland.
The first Lithuanian to have ventured into the world of whisky with her own business and one of 6 Lithuanians to have received the Prince Philip award for entrepreneurship in developing projects between Lithuania and Scotland. She speaks 7 foreign languages and is able to help tap into most of the markets around the world.

Kenny Macdonald
Co-Founder
Kenny Macdonald is the co-founder of Dram Mor Group. He started his career in the Food Standards agency as a meat inspector, which included a large team management, conflict management, reporting, delivering EU regulations and training of staff.
Having whisky at the heart of his family as his grandfather was a foreman in Ballantine’s distillery in Dumbarton, Kenny now specialises in building a customer base, managing, and scaling export businesses. He has helped small distributors to take on large whisky brands and large distributors to take on small whisky brands and confidently launch and grow them into big names and brands.
Kenny also hosts whisky tastings and event tastings and has worked with such customer as Rolls Royce Global, World Golf Hall of Fame, Glasgow University and a number of distilleries to name a few. His sales, emotional intelligence and storytelling skills are second to none.

Ruaraidh Macdonald
Sales Manager
Ruaraidh has been heavily involved in various aspects of the whisky industry from a young age. From a position as Scotland’s youngest certified Whisky Ambassador at the age of 18 years and 1 day, he has spent the last five years working both with Dram Mor and in the Glasgow bar scene developing a knowledge, passion and appreciation for all things whisky. At the age of 24 he has co-hosted many of Dram Mor’s bespoke tasting and training events such as Golf Hall of Fame in St Andrew’s, Rolls Royce, Glasgow University and was recently the youngest ever judge on the panel of Oran Mor’s prestigious Whisky Awards.
Having recently completed his masters studies in history, Ruaraidh has turned his research skills towards helping to run the day-to-day aspects of the ever growing business.
Khi Leonard
New Zealand and Australia Sales Manager
Khi is a 15 year veteran of the hospitality and off-trade business, who worked in the US, Cayman Islands, London, Brighton and Glasgow. He has entered, and won, many cocktail competitions, both in the Cayman Islands and UK. In 2009, Khi won GOLD in Diageo Reserve Brands Bartender’s Competition in Classic Cocktails Challenge. He left the bar world to work at The Good Spirits Company, a boutique whisky store in Glasgow, where his passion for whiskies of all kinds, his love of rum and his finely tuned palate found his spiritual home.
After developing recipes for some 5% ABV beverages that are still to see the daylight in the world after COVID, and having helped us with selection of our first casks, we have asked him to come on board as our New Zealand and Australia sales manager.
